Woodlands Highway - Pre Planning Consultation, week commencing 7th September 2009
We are carrying out public consultation on the detailed designs for the land between Chester Road and Windward Way, often called Woodlands Highway. As part of this consultation there will be a number of public exhixbitions to talk to people in more detail about the plans.

Craig Croft 4 - Whitlock Way
We are carrying out public consultation on proposed minor changes to the approved planning application for the Craig Croft 4 site called Whitlock Way (Carisbrook Avenue area). As part of this consultation there will be a number of exhixbitions to talk to people in more detail about the plans from the week commencing the 31st August 2009

North Arran Way 11
We are carrying out public consultation on the detailed design for Heather Close and Corncrake Drive we refer to North Arran Way 11. Please note option 1 includes the removal of the garage site 16 – 31 Greenfinch Road. This is currently only an option being considered and no decision has been made by Solihull MBC or Solihull Community Housing.

We are carrying out public consultation on the detailed designs for the Overgreen Drive area in Kingshurst and Babbs Mill, the area we refer to as Kingshurst and Babbs Mill 1A. As part of this consultation there will be a number of exhixbitions to talk to people in more detail about the plans.

North Solihull Strategic Framework Review Consultation
We are carrying out public consultation on our new approach for planning the Regeneration until Monday the 16th February. As part of this consultation there will be a number of exhibitions to talk to people in more detail about the new Cluster Approach and Spatial Master Planning Process.

Craig Croft Village Centre Consultation
Come and talk to us about our latest plans for the Village Centre before we ask Solihull MBC for 'Outline' planning consent. We're holding lots of drop -in sessions at the local Baptist Church and the 'old butchers shop' between the 27th October and the 3rd November.
Bellway Open House Weekend
Local residents are invited to join Bellway on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October at their Burtons Farm Park Development in Tamar Drive, Smith's Wood, for their 'Open House' Weekend between 10am and 3pm.
The event is aimed at local residents in North Solihull who are looking to find the perfect home. Bellway advisers and representatives of the North Solihull Partnership will be on hand to provide advice about buying properties and information about the regeneration of North Solihull.
Bellway is a Partner in the North Solihull Partnership and is one of the top four house building companies in the country.
