Home Purchase Team

If you own a residential property that is identified for demolition, the Home Purchase Team will contact you in line with the dates in the phasing plan to talk you.

If you are living in the property as your main home, the Home Purchase Team will talk you through the help available for you to purchase another home.

If you are letting out the property, you will be advised on the help available for you as a land lord and the help that will be given to your tenant.
